Once you are subscribed to receive investment opportunities from Property Purchaser, the process is as follows​

1) Initial contact to understand your strategy & goals


2) Receive e-mails on investment opportunities and respond via phone or e-mail if interested 

3) A call/video call will be set up to run you through the property details, price & location

4) If you are happy to proceed, we will send across our terms & conditions and an invoice for a reservation fee of £499 (non-refundable)

5) When the terms & conditions are signed and reservation fee paid we will send through the full property details

6) We will arrange a viewing or send a property video tour for your inspection (if requested)

7) We will then connect you with the seller, selling agent and seller's solicitor

8) The purchase will then proceed, at which point we will be on hand for any assistance and guidance 

9) An invoice for our finders fee of £1,999 (less the reservation fee) will be sent to you and your solicitor on exchange of contracts and become payable from that point on. 

*We are on hand to recommend solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors should you need them*
